Introduction
This Privacy Policy of ChicksX Inc. (“ChicksX”) spells out the obligations of all Users. This Privacy Policy is in continuation of the Terms of Service of ChicksX, therefore both documents need to be read together.

6. Opting Out or Unsubscribe
6.1 We collect your name and e-mail address for the purpose of distributing our daily, weekly or monthly newsletter service. The e-mail address provided will be used for delivery of information you have requested from this Website/App.
6.2 The information we collect is used expressly to provide the services requested. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will never sell or rent your email address for any reason.
6.3 Our subscriptions lists are in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL), as amended on of July 1, 2014

How Long is This Data Stored?
FINTRAC requires us to store User data for 5 years. Hence, we are obligated to retain your data for 5 years.

Our security program is implemented and maintained in accordance with applicable laws. 8.1 By using our Services and Marketing Activities you expressly give your consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information in compliance with this Privacy Policy. The Company does not "sell" (as this term is defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect.
