Requests sent to other email addresses, contact forms, or support channels may not be processed.
2. Jurisdiction
2.1. ChicksX is operated by ChicksX Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (KRS: 0001101304) holding a VASP license, and ChicksX Inc., registered with FinCEN in the United States and FINTRAC in Canada.
2.2. We require valid legal process issued by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction. Requests issued under foreign law may require appropriate international legal assistance processes (e.g., MLAT).
3. Scope of Disclosure
3.1. ChicksX does not voluntarily disclose user information. We review all legal requests for legal sufficiency and will only disclose information as required by applicable law.
3.2. We do not respond to informal requests, emails requesting information without legal process, or requests made via phone or social media.
4. Preservation Requests
Where permitted by law, ChicksX may preserve records in response to a valid preservation request. Preservation requests must be sent to the designated contact above and must clearly identify the relevant account(s) and legal authority.
5. User Notification
ChicksX may notify affected users of legal requests for their information unless notification is prohibited by law or court order.
6. No Emergency Disclosures
ChicksX does not provide emergency disclosures without valid legal authority requiring such disclosure.
